The RiverFront Site is well positioned in the ever expanding Downtown Wilmington "Northern RiverFront Development District" and located in the Central Business District, the National Register District and along the Cape Fear Scenic By-Way.

Nearby projects include the PPD World Headquarters (recently completed) and the City of Wilmington Convention Center and Hotel (under construction)

The recently completed Parkway is adjacent to the site and provides direct access to ILM Airport, UNCW, I-40 and Wrightsville Beach/Landfall. Also adjacent to the site is the Isabelle Holmes Bridge which provides the connection to Brunswick County and US 17/ 74 and 76 as well as 421 and I-140.

The Historic District begins approximately 6 blocks to the South and provides numerous shops, restaurants, clubs and cultural opportunities.
